トレジャーハンティングは、デザイナーと科学者がコラボレーションの機会を探るプロセスです。 Treasure Hunting is the process through which designers and scientists explore opportunities of collaboration. 2018年から2021年にかけて、豊島株式会社は、東京大学生産技術研究所の8つの異なる科学研究室との学際的な共同研究を含む11の研究プロジェクトの開発を支援してきました。 各プロジェクトの目的は、先端科学研究を新しい製品、ビジョン、またはプラットフォームに変換することです。 提案されたコンセプトは、トレジャーハンティングや学際的なコラボレーション、 反復的なプロトタイピングといった独自のプロセスを経て開発されました。 このバーチャルパビリオンは、これらのプロジェクトを集めて公開する初めての機会であり、さまざまな組織、関係者、 専門分野が協力することで、どのようなアイデアが生まれてくるのかを示すショーケースとなっています。 From 2018 to 2021, Toyoshima has supported the development of 11 research projects, involving interdisciplinary collaborations with 8 different scientific laboratories at the University of Tokyo’s Institute of Industrial Science. The purpose of each project is to transform emerging scientific research into new products, visions, or platforms. The proposed concepts were developed through a unique process of treasure hunting, cross-disciplinary collaboration, and iterative prototyping. This virtual pavilion is the first time these projects are presented together publicly. It serves as a showcase for the type of ideas that come to life when different organizations, stakeholders, and disciplines work together.
